Crane Maintenance for Maximum ROI
A properly maintained crane can have a service life of anywhere
from 20 to 35 years or more, depending on what type of crane it is
and how it is used. Crane maintenance programs can help improve
crane productivity, performance, longevity and overall operating
cost.
- Preventive Maintenance (PM) ensures that your
crane receives routine maintenance services at recommended
intervals. Regularly scheduled maintenance can help control
maintenance costs, maximize uptime, and reduce the need for in-shop
services.
- Total Maintenance & Repair (TM&R) is
an agreement, purchased while a crane is under new machine
warranty, which stipulates the terms of service to be performed for
a predetermined price over a set period of time. Tailored to meet
each crane owner's unique business needs, TM&R helps sustain
peak operating performance and control crane operating costs.
- OSHA-required Crane Inspections are performed
on-site by Ring Power Crane personnel throughout Florida, Georgia
and the Carolinas on mobile hydraulic cranes, lattice cranes, small
utility service body cranes, boom trucks, articulating boom trucks,
truck mounted cranes, barge mounted cranes, all terrain cranes,
crawler cranes and locomotive type cranes. Detailed inspection
reports are provided upon completion in compliance with all
applicable OSHA 1926.550, 1910.180, PCSA#2 and ANSI B30.5 safety
standards.
